Anatomy of the Eye
Dr. Irene M. Lin-Dilorinzo has 17 years of experience as an optometrist. In 1987, she completed her undergraduate education at California State Polytechnic University Pomona, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree with Magna Cum Laude honors. In 1992, she graduated from the accredited Southern California College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree.
Dr. Lin invested the first eight years of her career as a clinical optometrist for a multi-specialty medical group. She served patients side by side with other optometrists, ophthalmologists and a vast array of physicians. She then became an Independent Doctor in a corporate retail setting while also working part time for private practices. In 2004, she became the owner and solo private practitioner of Monarch Bay Optometry.
Dr. Lin grew up in Los Angeles and currently resides in South Orange County with her husband, Robert. In her spare time, she enjoys art and walking her two Miniature Schnauzers at the local park or beach.

My favorite time of the year is Christmas. It's a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus (if this is your tradition and faith; it's mine) and it's a great time to "catch up" with family and friends.
If you do not have an idea for a gift, maybe you can treat a loved one to an eye examination. Many people need their eyes checked. Actually, we all do. Some people procrastinate or just need some encouragement. With a gift, you can treat someone to healthier eyes and a healthier self!
Take care of yourself during these "wintery" months. Stay warm, wash your hands frequently, drink lots of warm fluids, get rest and most of all, give love.
